Mansions of Madness is a tabletop strategy game designed by Corey Konieczka and published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2011. That said a lot of folk were a bit disappointed by the initial offering. There’s the same basic plot elements, but layouts are changed up, as are puzzles, so if you fail a mission the first time it’s not just a test of memory to see if you get it the second time. This game doesn’t have a campaign, though Journeys in Middle Earth, which had very similar mechanics (though a bit more complex) is a campaign game.
